The X-spread spreading tables feature a dual-chain drive for the beaters. This ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance. Automatic brush lubrication extends chain service life.

As standard, the table is equipped with a freewheel on the disc gearboxes and a cam-type safety device on the drive shaft. These features reduce the risk of damage in the event of foreign objects entering the system.

Fitted with HARDOX wear protection components, the table offers reduced wear and enhanced protection, preventing damage to the table structure even under intensive use.

Precision Spreading

Spreading tables are available on the SLC and CL models, covering capacities from 17 to 30 m³. The X-spread spreading table has been specially designed for precision spreading over very wide working widths. Combined with dynamic weighing, it allows application rates as low as 800 kg/ha.

The spreading discs feature a unique design, with a diameter of 1,200 mm and overlapping large paddles. Their large diameter ensures a wide spreading width, while the overlapping paddles provide excellent spreading uniformity, even in the centre when handling lightweight materials.

The table’s specific position and angle relative to the floor conveyor ensure that the material falls onto the centre of the disc, allowing it to gain speed. The inclination of the discs enables wider and more uniform spreading across the entire working width.

As standard, the table offers a wide range of adjustments: gate opening height and depth, paddle positioning, and distribution deflector settings. The aim is to allow precise adjustment of the table, as cattle manure does not spread in the same way as dry green-waste compost.

To ensure a consistent material flow, even at very low application rates, the spreading tables are fitted as standard with a floor conveyor featuring closely spaced slats. This reduces the wave effect during spreading.
