Innovative Design

The Trans-eXpress 3000 has been designed to be easy to use. Its drive is provided by the PTO of a tractor and a series of angle gearboxes. The conveyor’s dual drive allows it to be started under load and therefore stopped during unloading if the truck is full.

The lower section of the machine is fitted with 2 hydraulically opening sides. They allow the machine to be widened to facilitate access for trailers during unloading.

The flaps at the bottom and top of the machine provide good sealing to limit material spillage during transfers. In addition, the variable unloading height allows the machine to be perfectly adjusted to the height of the trucks.

The Trans-eXpress has standard road homologation, allowing it to be easily transported on the road.

Optimizing Operations

The Trans-eXpress 3000 has been specially designed to very quickly reload semi-trailers with all products that cannot be handled by augers: silage, wood chips, etc.

The Trans-eXpress 3000 is particularly useful for biogas plant operations. Road-going tractors are replaced by trucks. Faster transport means that far fewer trucks are needed on the road than tractors. Logistics are therefore optimized.

The TE 3000 can reload trucks without placing the material on the ground. This avoids any risk of foreign objects entering the load and, above all, prevents foreign objects from being introduced into the digester.

The TE 3000 is equipped with a 2.5 m wide conveyor belt. This ensures a very rapid start to unloading, of around 25 m³ per minute. It also keeps the material compacted. There is no unraveller or modification of the loaded product. The material therefore retains its initial volume, optimizing loading operations.
